DEFINITION / COMPANY: “Part Link” shall mean SNC Auto (Pty) Ltd., Registration No. 2025/890260/07 & any branches, franchises, associate companies or assigns trading under the same title.
DELIVERY: All goods ex-stock is delivered via our network of road freight companies. The cost of any related freight is for the purchaser’s account. The risk of transported goods passes to the purchaser on delivery of the goods to the freighter. Insurance and cost thereof on freighted goods are the purchaser’s responsibility and must be expressly mentioned.
LIABILITY FOR DELIVERY: While we are committed to a quick and efficient delivery service, we are unable to guarantee delivery times. Accordingly, delivery times are approximations only and we shall under no circumstances be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses suffered or incurred by the delay in delivery. We are also not liable for any incorrect order or delivery where you make an error in the information that you provide to us. (for example, incorrect delivery address or submit an incorrect order)
STOCK AVAILABILITY: All products are quoted subject to availability from our suppliers at the time of quotation, unless expressly stated otherwise. Due to the inherently fluctuating nature of supplier inventory, stock availability cannot be guaranteed at any time, including after an order has been placed or payment has been received.
In the event that one or more items are found to be out of stock after payment has been made, the customer will be notified and may exercise one of the following options:
- Place the affected item(s) on backorder, to be fulfilled once stock becomes available;
- Select a suitable alternative product, subject to any price difference applying; or
- Receive a refund for the out-of-stock item(s) only (excluding the remainder of the order, which will continue to be processed).
PRICING: Pricing is subject to change at any point without notice. Quotations are thus only valid for 3 days
TECHNICAL DATA AND DIMENSIONS: Descriptions, dimensions and data are obtained from manufacturers of the specific parts and products. Whilst every caution is exercised to ensure accuracy, they, and in turn Snc Auto (Pty) Ltd., offer no guarantee of the absolute correctness thereof.
WARRANTY: All components, parts, equipment and related goods are sold subject to the implied warranty of the Consumer Protection Act of 2011, to the extent that the customer is a consumer as defined in the Act.
CREDIT RETURNS: Goods for which there is a valid reason for return, will be accepted for credit within 10 (ten) days from the date of purchase/delivery, after which handling charges will be applicable. The following items are excluded from being credited;
- Goods which have been correctly supplied
- Goods returned more from 20 days from date of invoice/delivery regardless of the circumstances
- Goods that have been fitted, damaged goods, gasket sets that have been opened and goods not in their original and undamaged packaging
- All electrical and electronic items
The freight cost of goods returned must be paid by the purchaser.
Parts supplied incorrectly due to incorrect or lack of information given may attract a 25% handling fee.
Any returns must be sent back in original packaging.
Refunds are subject to inspection of all goods returned.

CLAIMS: It is essential that components, parts, equipment or related items are fitted/installed by a suitably qualified technician. Proof of compliance is the customers responsibility prior to any claim under the warranty, being entertained. Proof of failure of an electrical or electronic item must be accompanied by a certificate from an independent testing facility or a printout from a diagnostic machine to substantiate the claim. Failure to provide this is an inference that the fitment/installation was done without the correct/necessary equipment and the claim is voided.
