Stages: Sinter, Fine & Carbon
A three-stage filter system, composed of sinter, fine, and carbon filters, is designed to effectively remove
impurities from air or liquid. While gauges are often used to monitor filter performance, this system can function
without them.
1. Sinter Filter
- Purpose: Removes larger particles and debris.
- Material: Typically made of sintered metal or ceramic.
- Function: The porous structure of the sinter material traps larger particles, preventing them from passing
through to the subsequent filters.
2. Fine Filter
- Purpose: Removes smaller particles and contaminants.
- Material: Often made of a woven or nonwoven material, such as fiberglass or polyester.
- Function: The fine mesh of the material captures smaller particles that were not removed by the sinter filter.
3. Carbon Filter
- Purpose: Absorbs gases, odors, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
- Material: Activated carbon, a highly porous material with a large surface area.
- Function: The carbon particles adsorb various contaminants, effectively purifying the air or liquid.
Application:
- Solvent-based paints
- Breathing protection equipment
- Automotive
- Waterborne, paint spray guns
- DIY
- Removes oil and water (Sintered filter)
- Removes micro dirt (Fine filter)
- Removes oil steam and smells (Activated charcoal filter)

In-line water traps/filters are necessary to separate water and oil from the airflow during the air compression process.
A regulator is combined with the filter to increase or decrease the pressure.
A pressure gauge indicates the set pressure.
The lubricator atomizes and mixes pneumatic oil with the compressed air to
lubricate air tools.
Visible arrows are on the outer body of the casing that indicate the direction of installation to
correspond with the direction of airflow.
Drain: Zero pressure drain
A push-in fitting is located on the drain to allow fluid to drain to a central point via PU tubing (not included).
Do not use a lubricator in line when using a spray gun.

The regulator is fitted with a gauge to precisely set the required pressure of the spray gun.
Simply connect the inline regulator on the bottom of a spray gun.
Recommended to combine with
SG F01 water trap

The lubricator is fitted inline for air tools that require lubrication from pneumatic oil.
For a lubricator (oiler) to function properly, it needs to be fitted within
15m of the air tool.
We recommend using pneumatic oil
AT OIL
Keep note of the fitment arrow indicating the airflow direction.
Supplied in hanging box.

The filter can be directly connected to the spray gun to filter out dust and oil in the air.
It is mainly suitable for spray guns using compressed air as it needs to be
positioned upright to function properly.
Easy to drain valve located on the bottom.
Supplied in hanging box.
