Benefits

Cleaner Installations: Keeps air lines organised and reduces bulky hose loops.
Less Tube Stress: Helps prevent kinks and strain at the fitting for longer-lasting connections.
Quicker Maintenance: Makes line changes and servicing faster and simpler.

Extra Information

Use a proper tube cutter to achieve a clean, square tube end for best sealing performance.
Commonly used in compressed air plumbing, machinery pneumatic circuits, spray equipment and air tool setups.

Pro Tip

After inserting the tube fully, give it a gentle pull-back test to confirm it’s locked. If the line is subject to vibration, allow a little slack to reduce tubing fatigue over time.

Safety

Always depressurise the air system before installing or removing pneumatic fittings.
Wear eye protection when working with compressed air lines and connectors.
Check all joints for leaks after installation (soapy water works well) before returning equipment to service.
Avoid using damaged, crushed, or out-of-round tubing ends as it can cause leaks or tube blow-off.
