At a Glance: Panel-mount (bulkhead) straight push-in connector for 6mm PU tubing

The AirCraft SG APM06 Metal Bulkhead Straight Connector 6mm is built for clean, professional pneumatic installations where an air line needs to pass through a panel, enclosure or machine wall. With a durable metal bulkhead body and push-in connections on both sides, it creates a secure through-panel connection for 6mm polyurethane (PU) tubing—ideal for control boxes, spray booths, machinery housings and workshop air systems that need a tidy, serviceable finish.

Bulkhead mounting strength for neat through-panel air line routing

This straight bulkhead connector clamps firmly through a panel using lock nuts, giving you a solid mounting point and a clean tube entry/exit on both sides. It’s a great option when you want to protect tubing, reduce snagging, and keep your pneumatic layout easy to service.

Extra Information

Pro Tip

Deburr the panel hole before fitting and tighten the lock nuts evenly—this keeps the connector aligned and helps prevent tubing wear over time.

Safety

Always depressurise the air system before installing or removing pneumatic fittings.
Wear eye protection when working with compressed air lines and connectors.
After installation, check for leaks using soapy water before returning equipment to service.
Ensure tubing is fully inserted and not rubbing against sharp panel edges.
